Meet Cat
Hi! I’m Cat — a StrongFirst Team Leader Elite, kettlebell coach, former gym owner, wife and adventure buddy to my husband Chau, and dog mom.
In my twenties, I was a stressed-out corporate drone who battled my body with hours of cardio and an unhealthy relationship with food.
Now, thanks to learning how to use kettlebells with skill, technique, and smart programming, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been — and I’m in my forties.
In my 12+ years of coaching, owning a gym, training, teaching, and learning from my mentors, I’ve taught thousands of students and instructors how to build strength safely with kettlebells.
