Did you know that our shoulder is the most mobile, most complex joint in our whole body?  It connects our arm to our torso, and it moves in a ton of different planes and directions — more than any other joint!

However, this wide range of motion comes at a cost.  It makes our shoulder joint unstable, which is why we need to take extra special care of our shoulders — especially when we’re slinging bells around.
