Fix Your Kettlebell Clean: Power Production [Part 3 of 3]

December 29, 2021

The kettlebell clean is one of my favorite lifts for armor-building, conditioning, and sheer power-production.

However, if you don’t know how to efficiently transfer power from your feet, legs, and hips into the kettlebells, you’ll miss out on all the benefits of the kettlebell clean.

In this third and final installment of our kettlebell clean series, learn where you might be “leaking” power in your clean, how to avoid said leakages, and how to maximize your power production.

Watch this video and learn how to command the kettlebells into the rack with power and authority!
