In Kettlebell 101, each module has 2-3 lessons followed by a skill practice (mini-workout) where you put your new skills to work. It’s 100% interactive (no sitting and staring at a screen 🥱) and you get plenty of skill-building reps — just like how I teach someone who’s brand new to bells.
